Andreas Stoecklin is the head of EMEA Corporate Finance and Germany country leader. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and independent board advisory/transaction opinions.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 2007, Andreas worked in Corporate Finance Advisory, M&A and Treasury/Capital Markets at Siemens. He developed extensive experience in the areas of M&A advice, value analysis of business plans and corporate strategies, and management of financial and operational carve-outs.

Andreas received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority. He is a member of the German M&A Association (Bundesverband M&A) and German Private Equity Association (Bundesverband Deutscher Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaften).
